Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, at the Gloucester City Fire Headquarters, 1 N. King Street. Meeting starts at 7:30 P.M. Bring your own beverage. Light refreshments may be available, donations accepted.
At the mid month we get together for a breakfast at 9 AM Saturday, location to be announced.
Our shack is located in the Gloucester City Police Athletic Building (former Brown Street School) at Brown and Somerset Street, top floor.
We have HF/VHF/ UHF equipment available. PSK 31 operating with an Alpha Delta Dipole and voice/cw HF operating with a Gap Titan DX antenna. The two VHF/UHF transceivers operate with a Diamond Dual Band antenna and a 5/8 wave whip.
Currently the shack is undergoing renovation. The Club Newsletter page will announce when the shack will be open again. We plan to complete our quest for WAS and hopefully move on to WAC and other ARRL challenges. When the Club is assigned Net Control the shack will be open that Thursday evening from about 6:30 P.M. to about 8:00 P.M. for Camden County EMCOMM net participation. EMCOMM net time is 1900 hours local. If there is EMCOMM training on that evening there is no net.
***Arrangements can be made for opening at other times.***
